Paused Deadlifts went okay. I was definitely feeling the fatigue today, but I was pretty sure I could still hit a solid PR. The top set didn't go as well as I wanted to, due to mishaps; but I still think it fit in the prescribed RPE range. Tempo Bench Press went quite well, and the top set felt quite smooth.
