I originally wanted this to be some type of "Dragon Knight", with a sword and shield, although I had ran out of room for those in the end. I took quite a bit of inspiration with this from various anime designs, particularly with the legs/hips and shoulder extensions. It made for an interesting alternate to a lot of the other Draconic Humanoids I've made in the past, such as Iridracopteryx.
