The well known Proverb that says, Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he shall not depart from it Pr. 22-6, is commonly misinterpreted and dismissed as being a general rule that does not universally apply in all circumstances or to all children. Rightly interpreted however to mean to consecrate or to DEDICATE your children to serve the Lord, the Proverb has far more permanent and eternal results.
