Pfizer already filed motion to dismiss, in court, stated, "Please dismiss this case judge. We did not defraud the government. We delivered the fraud that the government ordered."<br /><br />Pfizer's defense is, we didn't do anything wrong, we gave you exactly what you ordered. You wanted a demo for a product. They then enforced that product across the entire planet based on orders, strategy and initiatives controlled by the Department of Defense, enforced by the Department of Justice and then implemented upon entire societies.
