What Wendell wrote about 40 years ago, ignored as a Luddite at the time, is now the norm among the environmental opponents of big agriculture & the food industry. Wendell has written over 50 books and tomes including novels & novellas, stories, non-fiction works, poems & essays. After teaching English at New York Univ. in the early 60s, he moved to a farm- Lane’s Landing- in rural Kentucky, while periodically teaching at the Univ. of Kentucky.
