But in addition to this, we also complete the second requirement to reach the 3rd semester and that's raising the Councilor Confidant to Rank 9. If you are wondering, reaching Rank 10 will happen in the story itself. The only thing that remains is raising the Justice Confidant (Akechi) to Rank 8 before November 18th.
