Trying out Malayalam Movie Spanish Masala Dosa at home recipe. It is basically Ghee Roast or nei roast with beaten up egg on top. Spanish Masala is a 2012 Indian Kerala Malayalam romantic comedy film directed by Lal Jose. For each dosa, pour ¾ cup dosa batter, spread into a thin disc and cook for 1-2 minutes.<br />Step 3<br />Pour ¼ beaten eggs on top and spread evenly. Top with 1 tablespoon onion, 1½ tablespoons spring onions, ½ tablespoon green capsicum, ½ tablespoon tomato, ¼ roughly chopped boiled eggs, salt, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon Schezwan chutney. Mash well.<br />Step 4<br />Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1 tablespoon cheese and mash once again.
