This is Yoshi's Strange Quest Mellow Mode, a Super Mario World ROM-Hack created by myself and officially "O.K.-ed" by Yoshifanatic, the game's original creator. This hack lowers the difficulty of the game through level design edits. It is very long and difficult, so make sure that you are prepared for it.
