Definitive Guide to Humus
I can't stand the ones they sell in the stores. It's either sour (lemon juice preservative) or tastes like garlic. Being a fan of chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans), I just assumed that I didn't like Hummus. Turns out I can't stand commercial grade humus, will be trying some of these in the near future.
