Just because no one's documented this on YouTube before: here's what happens when you play this game with the Game Boy Transfer Pak (and a Choro-Q GBC cartridge) inserted in your controller. At first glance it looks like... absolutely nothing, but careful observers will notice that the car on the left is now going 10 km/h faster, which becomes more obvious as the race advances.
