In its original context, B.B.B.F.F. (Big Brother Best Friend Forever) is a song that is featured in the episode A Canterlot Wedding - Part 1. Twilight Sparkle first sings it when she explains to her friends that her brother, Shining Armor, was the only pony she trusted as a friend before she was sent to Ponyville. The song is notable in being Twilight's first solo song. Meghan McCarthy stated that she was inspired by the relationship her daughter has with her older brother.<br /><br />Likewise, the parody follows a similar tune, not just in music; somewhere far from the sight of many were two people from distant fandoms; ever disgraced and ever repulsive, who came together in strange basedness. A brony who never cared for the scruples his show preached, a furry who felt like a passive watcher going along for the ride. Things changed when they met and forged a newfound friendship; one of a common bond, of honesty, endurance, mentorship and one that involves hanging out IRL and making shitty-ass drawings to commemorate good times past.
