Today we’re looking at the Audio-Technica ATH-G1 Gaming Headset. This may be the best sounding microphone on any gaming headset I’ve reviewed. It’s still not better than a standalone microphone, but on a headset, it’s a step above the competition. The headphones are extremely bass forward without sounding muddy or losing clarity in the top end.
