Our Introduction to Hydroponics and how we grow more food in 2020. Also how we use our Aerogarden. We are always looking to be more self sufficient and grow more of our food. Hydroponics is one way we can grow some things that don't like the Florida heat... indoors. It all started when Derica would put carrot tops or lettuce cores in water and leave them on the windowsill. Hydroponics has begun. Sure, it won't grow a whole carrot back or a head of lettuce. But those tops are edible and will keep growing back. Then we moved on to using an Aerogarden, now we have two Aerogardens!<br /><br />Hydroponics opens a new set of doors for us to easily grow food in small spaces. There is some upfront cost, as all things, but we plan to make more videos showing how we did it, what to do, what to avoid, and a whole lot of tips along the way.<br /><br />So, come join us on the Hydroponics adventure! <br /><br />No, the channel is not changing over to hydroponics!
