Just sharing the current state of the Steam launcher for Encounter. At the moment all you can do is change the language, a couple video parameters, launch and stop the emulator, and I just added the possibility to remember where it was last positioned on the screen so you don't have to move it back every single time.<br /><br />The Launcher is so far pure Win32 code, the code will also be available when I'm happy with the structure, right now it's a jumbled mess based on one of Visual Studio's standard Win32 templates, but it works: At least the executable is just a tad under 400 kilobytes and since it's statically linked does not require any addition dependency to be installed.
