First off, I feel incredibly fortunate to live this life! I work hard but on my time off I like to experience nature in every capacity. I began doing cold plunges 2 years ago and I'm amazed at the incredible health benefits. From inflammation to skin issues to feeling lethargic, cryotherapy immediately changes all of that.
