BlankTV.com!<br /> <br />***<br />iTunes: <a href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/michelazzo-single/id863189456" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/michelazzo-single/id863189456</a><br /> <br />Gasparazzo - "Michelazzo" New Model Label - A BlankTV Feature!<br /> <br />Artist city, country: Bologna, Italy<br /> <br />Artist Biography: "Mo' Mo'", literally "right now, now", the perfect title for an album born in a very spontaneous and fast way, like a snapshot.<br />The band is based between Bologna and Reggio Emilia (Italy) and since 2003 performed over the years in different clubs and festivals both in Italy and abroad.<br />All the different Gasparazzo's shades are converging together in this eclectic and contaminated new work, ironic but nonetheless politically engaged. <br />The opening track "Rovesciala" is a song originated as a hymn to "Mondiali Antirazzisti" (also known as Antiracist Worldcup), overwhelming by nature as a hymn should be, an anthem for football of a different kind.<br />"Michelazzo" perhaps the most easy-going album track, is inspired by a urban legend nicknamed Michelazzo which unites many folk Italian traditions from Sicily to the Padana Plain, a mythical but also modern urban character or a nowadays hipster who "eats, drinks, hangs around without doing s*** ". <br />"Mo' Mo'" represents Gasparazzo's Mediterranean mood, dreamy as the wind in a small town by the sea, the same mood which emerges from other tracks such as: "Impulsi nudi" or "Se i posacenere potessero parlare".<br />The album includes also urban stories such as "Mimì", "Fondaco" and "Centopelle" an untamable street kid described by Collodi's "Occhi e Nasi".<br />Last but not least, and not because is less important than other tracks, "Cristo é là", is a touching reggae song dedicated to Federico Aldrovandi and lyrics are based on Lino Aldrovandi's words to the memory of his assassinated son.<br />An album rich of tales, but also rich in music, produced in collaboration with Massimo Tagliata, pianist, accordionist and producer involved with some of the most important Italian pop music artists.<br />Tracklist: 1.
