Doctor Scott Banks on what makes the Relax Sauna different from wooden dry saunas.
Dr. Scott Banks, a chiropractor and functional medicine practitioner used the sauna at the gym for his cardiovascular health. "If I had to choose between the wooden sauna at the gym and a Relax Sauna I would choose the Relax Sauna hands down. For a couple reasons:
1. It gets hot immediately. I don't have to wait for it to pre-warm up
2. I gets to about 146 degrees, my Gym sauna is 182. It's not the heat its the (far infrared) light. You get the generators that put out the 4-14 microns (wavelength), it bounces off the tent, penetrates the body. I just find that the far infrared is a gentler and more efficient detox. Because its resonating the water molecules with my body, causing me to heat up from within."
I can use the Relax Sauna for 30-40 minutes. I could never do that at the gym sauna after 20 minutes I start freaking out. Plus it wipes me out. With this sauna I come out feeling relaxed, I feel energized."
---------
Read about the health benefits of far infrared energy here. https://www.relaxsaunas.com/far-infrared.html?tap_a=14913-903ea3&tap_s=2834123-26ae46

Subscribe to our channel to learn more about far infrared sauna health benefits!
...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L8Y4FlNouy4
