Memorandum of Agreement should be fully implemented in the hills before the GTA election.<br />Bijanbari: The Gorkha Janamukti Morcha Bijanbari sub-committee today met Bijanbari Block Development Officer Sanjay Ghisig and demanded that the Memorandum of Agreement signed in 2011 before the GTA election be fully implemented.
