We observed some of the low-and-slow lifestyles, learned some of the secrets and met some of the BBQ teams that competed in this year's event.<br /><br />Now you know why this is a must-do event if you cook, braai, smoke, bbq or just want to hang out with good friends.<br /><br />The sixth annual 2019 Porkapalooza BBQ Festival took place on Father’s Day weekend at the Exhibition Grounds in Edmonton Alberta. The Two Cowboys were there to learn, taste, mingle and have all things that BBQ heaven can offer. <br /><br />It is an annual pilgrimage for BBQ competition teams all over Western Canada. Not only are they competing. It is also a time to catch up with old friends, exchange recipes and celebrate all good things meat, smoke, beer, BBQ, and friends.
