Ziggis Coffee submitted plans at this location, and the plans have been approved. They are already beginning work on the site; trees were removed several weeks ago. This will also introduce an extension of Braun Drive, the road that runs behind several neighboring businesses including Dairy Queen, and the Ziggis parking/drive thru entry will use Braun Drive.
