Exploring this marvellous woodland on Rushmore Estate in Dorset.I discovered for the first time one of the nine rare species of Orchids in England,wales and Scotland the Greater Butterfly Orchid.Just one in amongst the ferns and grasses I could of easily not seen it as it was very delicate and hidden in the grassland.One you discover something so rare it’s a magical moment in your life. 🧚🙌 I have to say I went back to that to that area a week later to see if there was more and there was none so it was an early June orchid.<br />...<br /><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmP8ypQXMjs" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmP8ypQXMjs</a>
