Hi Lbrarians, I trust that all is well and that you guys are able to join me at readcash if your passion is blogging and if you want to earn at least $39.45 like I did. Actually I just shared my observation at noisecash, a twitter version of readcash wherein some users are not following rules when it comes to posting short messages, instead they like to spam by posting "images quotes" and that's it.<br />However they are complaining they don't receive tips.
