There are various backpacks that can switch around for different purposes, i.e. Sword Striker for combat, launcher for long range. The backpacks contained the batteries that could extend the operation time of the MS, it also allowed to extend the PS armour usage period. The Aile Striker is a commonly equipped backpack, there were powerful vernier thrusters that can enhance the MS's speed, mobility, and all around performance. The backpack mostly performed well in space, when fighting in the atmosphere, the backpack can increase the jumping abilities of the MS, as well as allowed the Strike Gundam to glide in the air<br /><br />Weapons:<br /><br />Beam Saber: A pair of them stored on the backpack, they are the primary close combat weapon for the MS, the beam can easily sliced through any armour without anti-beam coating treatment<br /><br />75mm CIWS: Mounted on the Gundam's head, a pair of them served as the rapid firing weapon used for interrupting incoming missiles or destroying small vehicles. However, it doesn't damage any regular amour as its power is weak<br /><br />Shield: Mounted or handheld on the left arm, the shield doesn't have PS armour so it's not as durable as the Gundam itself. There are anti-beam coating on the shield, so it allowed to block both physical or beam attacks<br /><br />"Armor Schneider" Combat Knife: Stored in the side skirt of the MS, they are fold-able. Does not required any energy, the vibration on the knife itself allowed to cut through most of the armour, except PS armour<br /><br />Beam Rifle: Primary range weapon for the MS, stored on the side skirt when not in use. The rifle's power can easily one shot a ZGMF-1017 GINN, but it's pretty useless to anti-beam coating.
