Loveline Compendium Vol 243
For those loveline fans during the peak of the show's popularity during the Adam Carolla / Dr. Drew era. These shows came from tape transfers and made into mp3 format. I did not record or transfer any of these shows, so when there's missing audio and the conversation suddenly ends in the middle of something interesting on occasion isn't my fault. Nothing I can do about it, either.

(0:00:00) 01. 2000-03-28: The guests are Hugh Hefner and the Bentley Twins Sandy and Mandy, but Hugh doesn't come in the studio until after the second break. Drew gets his mic shut off before the first break and it seems Hugh did some stalking to get the Bentley Twins.

After this episode, Sandy went through quite a lot. She became involved with Mark Yagalla who bought her over a million dollars in jewelry, but the guy was found to be conducting a ponzi scam. Upon discovering this, Sandy was ordered to return all the jewelry. She collaborated with her new boyfriend who made arrangements to sell some of the jewelry on September 2nd of 2002, but upon finding a buyer and meeting up with them, both him and his accomplice (Sandy wasn't there) was found "riddled with bullets" in a burning Mercedes somewhere in Studio City. The jewelry was never found. In 2003, Yagalla was found guilty of fraud and went to jail for 5.5 years. In 2011, the shooting crime was featured in the documentary series "48 Hours Mystery" and a $75k reward offered to anyone who had information that could help solve it. However, it remains a mystery.

**2000-03-29 missing.

(1:35:50) 02. 2000-03-30: The guest is the Bloodhound Gang and is a brand new addition to the archive. One of the songs played in this episode is used as a bumper. This is a solid show including a re-telling of the "Bobo" story.

(3:03:16) 03. 2000-04-02: This is a no guest show and is a brand new addition to the archive, but sadly is a 50 minute partial containing the second half of the show which includes a very energetic Lightning Round. This is an outstanding 50 minute segment with a little of just about everything. It's a shame we're missing half of this show. There's even a drop origin for Adam's "Boy, am I drunk!" drop.

(3:53:19) 04. 2000-04-03: This is a no guest show and the entertainment value is heavily focused around calls in this one. This is a very solid show.
