YOU TUBE...DEFINE FAIR USE? (ANOTHER YOU TUBE RANT CHAT)<br /><br />Just got a strike myself...Took the whole video down and re-edited it. I will not give the artist a nickel when it was in "fair use". Just out of principle! Can you tell me how radio stations and TV networks can use a video clip up to 60 seconds royalty free when they are talking about a performer? People on You Tube are doing the same thing and getting strikes everywhere.
