I cooked some chicken in my solar oven. It took about 4 hours but it was probably done in 3, I just wanted to be sure it was so I left it in for 4 hours. The beans took about 20 minutes total to cook in the pressure cooker. All but the red beans cooked up soft. The red beans were just a tiny bit undercooked.
