The first two story missions are called 'Give Me Liberty' and 'LUIGI'S GIRLS' , and have both already been completed.<br /><br />A Starter Save is when all side-missions, collectables, etc are completed prior to doing the mission 'Don't Spank ma Bitch up' . <br />Normally that would also include maxing out all of Claude's money, etc, but this video is limited to essentials.<br /><br />This saved-game starts at 04;10, which is the same time at the beginning of the game.<br />Technically it actually starts at 04;08, because after the game is first loaded up, there’s 2 seconds of visual fade-in before you can actually see the time display.<br /><br />Here's a list of what has been completed:<br /><br />Claude has never been Wasted or Busted.<br /><br />Mission attempts: 9<br />Missions passed: 9 out of 73<br /><br />Claude has the following:<br />1) All available Safehouses are accessable.<br /><br />The following side-missions have been completed:<br />1) Firefighter Mission: 20 fires put out on all three islands<br />2) Paramedic Mission: Level 12 completed<br />3) Taxi Mission: 100 Taxi Fares completed<br />4) Vigilante Mission: 20 criminals busted on all three islands<br /><br />Toyz<br />Diablo Destruction: Completed<br />Mafia Massacre: Completed<br />Casino Calamity: Completed<br />Rumpo Rampage: Completed<br /><br />Off Road Missions<br />Patriot Playground: Completed<br />A Ride In The Park: Completed<br />Multi Story Mayhem: Completed<br />Gripped: Completed<br /><br />Exports & Imports Garages<br />Portland Exports & Imports Garage: Completed<br />Shoreside Vale Exports & Imports Garage: BF Injection needed.<br />Emergency Vehicle Crane: Barracks OL & Rhino needed.<br /><br />In addition to all of that:<br />1) 99 out of 100 Hidden packages have been found (The missing package is in the middle of the bridge connecting Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale.
