And that would be as one of those, you know, right wing evangelical fire and brimstone preachers, you know, the, the likes of a, uh, a Ted Haggard or a, you know, any of those other people out there who Grif their sheep for money. But this past weekend, Lauren, Bobert got up in front of a congregation doing her little fire and brimstone speech where she actually said that humanity, the world itself is in its final days. And she concluded by saying, that's pretty cool. So take a look at Lauren. Bobert predicting, of course, I guess apocalypse here it is. <br /><br />As you see the end drawn near, we know that we are in the last of the last days, but it's not a time to complain about it. It's not a time to get upset about it. This is a time to know that you were called to be a part of these last days. You get to have a role in ushering in the second coming of Jesus. How cool is that? <br /><br />How cool is that folks? Right? How cool is that right? That the whole world is about to end because Jesus is coming back, cuz she's talking about the second coming, but clearly she doesn't know enough about the Bible to understand what it is that she's actually talking about. The second coming. Isn't just Jesus popping back down to earth and be like, what's up everybody I'm back. Yeah, let's do some fun stuff. No, Jesus comes back to basically save the souls of the worthy people and take them to heaven. And the rest of us get to live in eternal hell here on earth. Um, that's that's that's not cool. Like how cool is that? The answer is, it's not that that's actually a very horrible thing mostly for you Lauren, because I'm willing to bet you wouldn't be one of the people that Jesus would look at and say, yep, you're coming with me. <br /><br />No, he would say you and your guns are gonna stay here. You and your husband who, uh, is accused of exposing himself to underage girls at a bowling alley. Y'all, aren't exactly the kind of people I want to take with me up to see my dad. I, I don't think he's cool with those kinds of things. I don't think he's cool with the rhetoric that you use. I don't think he's cool with all the hatred that you hold in your heart. So y'all are gonna stay here with the sin and uh, best of luck to you because it's gonna get pretty hot. But I love the fact that Lauren Bobert got up there on that stage with such confidence, talking about things again, that she doesn't know, okay, this is the Bible. It's not like it changes. Okay. It's been the same book for a couple centuries. <br /><br />Now you could just read it a couple times and you get the gist of it. Okay? It's not like you have to read the updates to it. The anthologies that come out afterward, it's one static book and it has been for several centuries now, but she still manages to flub very basic things about it because she's not very serious, kinda like her job in Congress. Lauren, bet's kind of half assing this, but I'll say again, she did a good job. The congregation loved her. They gave her rock of applause. She has the cadence down. She has that little meandering walk. Like I'm gonna step over here and I'm gonna step over here. We see it all the time with these horrible TV preachers and their megachurches. She's got that down, pat.
