It's more for people who find it difficult to meditate with a wandering mind to have something to pay attention to so they can more easily get into the relaxed state of mind. If you're relaxed and forget the breathing pattern, don't worry. <br /><br />When I mention things that could be receiving healing, they are just possibilities for people to consider what all could be helped with meditation.
