Sometime this week, a very prominent old dock crane finally fell.<br /><br />Proof - if ever it's needed - that these types of historic structures are very dangerous. Sending a person out there to film it would be reckless - sending a drone out was more appropriate.<br /><br />My first flights over water were about a year ago to this very crane! Never did I think that the entire jetty would give-way beneath it!<br /><br />Not sure what has happened to the crane - it is possible that it is still there on the river-bed, although there doesn't seem to be any signs of it.
