(2006) Sam Simon wrote a script for a show called The Bitter Half Radio Sitcom starring the Stern staff. Howie's mother has a part in the show, but seeing that she only has four lines to record, Stern suggests to Tim Sabean that production should record the lines at her home rather than in the studio; he agrees. The problem arises when Tim forgets to tell Howie's mother about the change in recording location, forcing her to wait over three hours for a studio-provided ride that never arrived.
