On Route 23, go west by crossing a bridge after leaving the Giant Chasm and go to the upper level to find a Hidden Grotto. Enter this Hidden Grotto and you’ll sometimes encounter a special Absol. It ranges between Levels 50-55. It also has the hidden ability, Justified.
