If you do, then you will be reminded that there are still decent normal people out there. They may not understand the political landscape at the same level that we do, but that’s okay. There’s nothing wrong with having normal everyday interactions with people and having conversations about the mundane. Just know that there are still normal decent people out there. <br /><br />Of course on the flip side of this there are those who are not normal decent people. There are those whose entire world view has become so skewed that it is completely disconnected from reality. This of course is the so called “Social Justice Warrior”. In reality they are anything but. Instead of fighting for any real social justice they instead spend all their time chasing the ghosts created from the fact their entire world view is not based on reality. <br /><br />In the Christian specific segment we’ll be discussing the view that, “Religion and God is for poor people to give them hope. The rich have no use for such things”. While this may be offensive, the statement is not necessarily untrue. We will break this down by looking at the illustration Jesus used of the rich man and Lazarus the beggar. <br /><br />Bible reference this week will be: Luke 16: 19-31<br /><br />The truth is like a mountain: Those who pursue it can be confident that even if it becomes obscured it will remain firmly in place.
