Then tap the menu icon in the top right corner. Select Settings. Now tap Account. Select Sensitive Content Control. Tap Continue. Now you can choose how much sensitive content you want to see from any accounts you don’t follow. You can select More, Standard, or Less. If you want to see as little sensitive content as possible, select Less. Once you’ve chosen the setting you want to use, tap Confirm.
