I’ve got a sinking feeling that Donald J. Trump will win the upcoming 2020 United States presidential election. Now I think most of you would know that I’m not a huge fan of Trump, but as the days go on, I can’t seem to shake this feeling. Here are my reasons why. 1. Trump is a good orator (Biden is not). 2. Trump supporters love Trump. Joe Biden supporters on the other hand, don’t seem to have that same level of enthusiasm. 3. The Democrats f**ked up. I don’t know what the Democratic Party were thinking, but Biden is a poor candidate. I’m not saying that he wasn’t a great politician at some point in his career (I don’t really know actually), but now he’s almost 78 years old. He should be retired and living in Florida or wherever. 4. The media are pro-Biden. Typically speaking, the media are favouring Biden, but that doesn’t mean that’s what’s really going on. 5. The polls have been wrong before. Although all the pollsters are predicting a Biden victory, only four short years ago, they were completely wrong about Hillary Clinton. Everyone was saying that she would win, but she didn’t. If the polls are wrong again this time around, then I think that Americans should never ever listen to the American polls again. Anyway, that’s my prediction, and this is coming from an Australian Lefty. But what do I know? If I’m wrong, great, Mumbling Joe Biden will be leader of the free world.
