Pours dark brown with ruby red highlights and a 2-finger tan head. A big grapefruit aroma hits you upfront. Floral hops, surprisingly hint of rye, along with citrus and lemon. What a great tasting CDA / Black IPA. Grape fruit, floral hops, tea flavors, spicy, roasted malts, little bit of chocolate, hint of bread. Still taste as if there is a little rye. Great flavors.
