King Goodwill Zwelithini, traditional leader of the Zulu nation in South Africa has died from complications related to diabetes at age 72 after serving as the longest reigning Zulu monarch in history. Zwelithini, the eighth Zulu king, served as monarch for over five decades<br /><br />As head of the Ingonyama Trust, he oversaw 2.8 million hectares of KwaZulu Natal, or nearly 30 percent of the total land.
