I bought a Cuisinart 5 in 1 Panini press griddle grill the other day and have been enjoying it a lot. I have had a little trouble making pancakes on the griddle as the heat turns on and off so I am not doing something right. however, it makes perfect sandwiches out of practically nothing. i don't have to add any oil either, except for a squirt of spray oil. It cleans up very easy too. The other thing I like about it is how wekll it cooks my fish. I am able to throw on a couple of frozen whitefish fillets and it cooks them unthawed in about 6 minutes. Because the liquid is cooked off from the fish all the flavor is concentrated and makes a very tasty fish. <br />If you are trying to save noney, I bought my griddler for about 445 on eBay, it is refurbished. Itsaves me money as the sandwiches I can make from some sliced vegetables and a bit of shredded cheese and egg is delicious and very low cost. I like to ad the eggs to the microwave to firm them up before adding to the bread.
