Protesters against coronavirus lockdown restrictions gathered in London on Saturday, to be met with arrests and fines by the UK capital's police.<br /><br />Around 30 protesters gathered in front of the London Eye, only to be forced to vacate the area by police. Footage shows officers detaining protesters. <br /><br />Piers Corbyn, brother of former Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn, was among protesters and was also issued a fine.<br /><br />"This thing is aimed at preventing freedom of association," Corbyn said of lockdown measures. "You see, it's not affecting people's health either way, this thing, because in Sweden they didn't have a lockdown and they didn't get much Covid. So we know it's about something else."
