The duo consists of drummer and vocalist Joey Lucarine and guitarist, bassist, and vocalist Sean Creedon, and while only composed of two members they have a sound big enough to fill out an entire lineup. Through melodic leads, jarring rhythms, and a colorful palate of influences summoned at a whim, Being Still are truly a musician’s band while having a sound palatable to a wide range of music lovers.<br /> Lucarine and Creedon have been partnered in musical endeavors since 2010. While the two have been jamming for over ten years, the first official release was an EP titled 'Scattered Out of Focus Lights' which features choppy drum patterns to compliment Creedon’s soaring lead guitar lines.<br /> The group continue to expand their horizons and progress on a forthcoming EP that’s set to feature Shane Told of the legendary Silverstein, a voice that both inspires and complements their sound and demeanor as a band. <br /> While the genres of post-hardcore, emo, and progressive rock have been thoroughly explored through the decades, none have quite the voicing of it that Being Still bring to the table. The music creates an emotional energy that appeals to instrumental aficionados, nostalgic listeners, and everyone in between.
