Many people have a difficult time consuming this amount of vegetables. <br /><br />There are four potential reasons why you might experience bloating when eating vegetables. <br /><br />1. Small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) - SIBO is a situation where you have an overgrowth of bacteria in the small intestine.
