The investigation was dropped due to the records being destroyed. <br /><br />2) The area of the Pentagon that was hit was coincidentally being renovated and employees were moved from that section.<br /><br />3) The Pentagon withheld the security video of the 'supposed plane' hitting the building. When finally released, they only produced a few frames and the quality was lowered to 8-bit Atari levels.<br /><br />4) Reporters who got on the scene early saw no airplane parts.
