On Route 18, go by a set of stairs that is south from a Hiker and you’ll find a Hidden Grotto. Enter this Hidden Grotto and you’ll sometimes encounter a special Chatot. It ranges between Levels 55-60. It also has the hidden ability, Big Pecks.
