Quick run down of my training for the last 2 weeks as I prep for my first Strongman competition (hopefully I qualify). Along with Power Building to maintain and improve my physique before deep cutting for a few weeks right afterwards for a possible physique show. If the Strongman meet doesn't pan out, focusing directly on Physique.
