My sad attempt at a first "real" siren. Since I have absolutely nothing siren related it is nice to have this. I am quite happy with how it turned out because I was expecting it to be an unbalanced mess. The rotor is 6 port and the motor is a Dayton fan motor rated at 3000 RPM but it sounds like it is running at 3500 RPM on the siren. Unfortunately no matter what I do I can't keep the rotor from hitting the inside of the stator.
