Videoaufnahmen zufolge versuchten die Beamten, einen Mann gewaltsam zu rekrutieren, und schlugen ihm sogar auf den Kopf. Dies löste Empörung unter den Augenzeugen aus, und schon bald versammelte sich eine große Menschenmenge am Ort des Geschehens.
Die TZK-Beamten wurden umzingelt, geschlagen und schließlich wurde ihr Fahrzeug umgeworfen. All dies geschah unter "Schande!"-Rufen. Das Schicksal des Mannes, der zwangsrekrutiert werden sollte, ist derzeit nicht bekannt. Der Leiter der Regionalverwaltung von Lwow, Maxim Kositskij, hat bereits versprochen, alle zur Rechenschaft zu ziehen, die die Arbeit der Beamten behindert haben.
